Five stages behind every order
Supplier
Manufacturer background, production capability, and documentation practices are assessed before qualification.
Documentation
Each shipment is supported by the documentation the manufacturer provides, including COAs and SDS where applicable.
Evaluation
Samples and analytical data are reviewed with the buyer so material is confirmed as fit for purpose.
Lot Traceability
Lot and batch identifiers are recorded and carried through order records so supply can be traced back to its source.
Customer Support
A named contact stays with the account for reordering, documentation requests, and issue resolution.
What each term means here
Certificates of analysis
A COA is issued by the manufacturer for a specific lot and records the results of the tests that manufacturer performed. Where a COA is available, we supply it with the material and keep it on record against the order. Explor does not issue certificates of analysis for material it did not produce or test.
Documentation
Before an order is confirmed we agree in writing which documents will accompany the material — specification, COA, safety data sheet, and any additional analytical data the manufacturer provides. If a document cannot be supplied, we tell you before you order rather than after.
Supplier qualification
Qualification means reviewing a manufacturer's background, production capability, export experience, and documentation practices, and confirming that what they describe matches what they can evidence. It is a commercial and documentary review, not a substitute for your own approval process.
Traceability
Lot and batch identifiers are recorded against each order so supplied material can be traced back to its manufacturer and production lot. This supports your own investigations, audits, and repeat-order consistency checks.
Scope of our statements
Explor Laboratory Supply LLC does not own manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, laboratories, or warehouses. Packaging, testing, storage, and logistics are performed through qualified manufacturing, laboratory, packaging, logistics, and distribution partners. We do not state that every product is independently tested, and we make no regulatory approval or certification claims on behalf of the materials we supply.
